Before beginning our collaboration, please take a few minutes to review the process and terms below. This clarity helps ensure a smooth, enjoyable, and professional experience for both of us.
Getting Started
All projects begin either by submitting a request form or selecting one of the available packages. Once your information is received, I will review it and reach out to schedule a free consultation session. During this session, we’ll discuss your goals, budget, and the best path forward.
Payment & Project Kickoff
To initiate any project, a deposit (typically 30%–50% of the total cost) is required. For smaller projects or fixed packages, full payment is required at checkout. Project scheduling will only be confirmed after final approval and deposit payment.
Mutual Commitments
My Commitment Deliver the project based on your exact needs and requirements Provide clear and consistent progress updates Deliver the final work within the agreed timeline Your Commitment Provide all necessary content (text, images, assets) on time Review and approve each phase before moving forward Complete payments as agreed to avoid delays
Revisions & Project Changes
If you request changes in scope or additional features during the project, the timeline and cost will be reassessed accordingly. If the project is canceled after it has started, the cost of completed work will be deducted and the remaining balance will be refunded.
Delivery & Support
After final delivery, a complimentary support period is included (typically 7 to 14 days depending on the project). This covers fixing any potential issues New requests or changes outside the original scope will be billed separately
Ownership & Rights
Full ownership of all files, designs, and source code will be transferred only after the final payment has been completed. Until then, all deliverables remain the property of the designer.
Privacy
Your information will be used solely for project evaluation and communication. It will never be shared with any third party.
